General Information
Confirmation is the process by which students can join the church. More important, the word confirmation means to "strengthen" so our goal with confirmation is to strengthen a students relationship with God and their relationship with the church. Confirmation will be offered every year for students in grades 7-9. Older students who have not had the opportunity to participate in confirmation will be permitted to do so.
Confirmation consists of three units of learning, three trips,
participation in Church and Student Ministry programs and events, and
other requirements. We take most of November off for trips and we
take December off for the holidays. The teaching units are each 7
weeks long and each focus on a different aspect of strengthening
students relationship with God and with the church. For more detailed
information, please attend one of the information meetings listed
below, or contact Marcus Carlson.
