The Prayer Shawl Ministry Group meets the 4th Monday of the month, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the Parlor at the Sunrise facility on Briargate. The purpose of the ministry is to create PRAYER SHAWLS to be given to the nursing mothers, the sick, homebound, poor, elderly and others in need as a cozy reminder that they are in our prayers and continually wrapped in the presence of God. Beginner, intermediate and advance knitters AND crocheters are welcome to join us to learn, to lead, to laugh, to love and to be loved.
