Pastor's E-Letter

What a spectacular week of weather we have had!  I hope you have had a chance to get out and enjoy!

We are well into the season of Lent.  Our Lenten prayer studies have kicked off and around 100 of you are delving deeper into prayer with us.  In our Daily Message Bible readings, we have finally finished reading Leviticus and about all of the sacrifices in the Temple (all that blood - ick!)...I don't know about you, but I am enjoying being in the book of Hebrews now.

This weekend we are going to continue our sermon series "Roadmap to Relationship" and study more about the Lord's Prayer and how that leads us into a relationship with God.  I think you'll resonate with some of what we talk about in worship this weekend.

As always, the music and the fellowship will be great this weekend.  We don't want you to miss out on any of it.

P.S.  By the way, this weekend is the official Scouting recognition weekend.  We'll be recognizing our Scouts (Boys, Girls, Adventure Crew, etc.) in worship.  So, if you are in Scouting we invite you to wear your uniform to worship this weekend.
