If you are a student who has been confirmed at Sunrise, you are permitted to vote at the all church vote on Sunday May 4 and we strongly encourage you to consider doing so. For more information on the vote, please see the church website and feel free to discuss it with your parents. If you have questions, please contact Marcus.
Parents, please join your students for our next mission trip meeting on Sunday May 4 at 2pm in the Chapel at the Woodmen Campus! Students and leaders participating in a mission trip-don’t forget about this meeting!
The following Student events are cancelled due to the transition: the youth auction, service project on 5/10 and the meetings on 5/21 & 5/28. All regular programs and other events (including mission trips!) will continue as scheduled.
Middle School Mission Trip Team Building on Saturday May 3.
There is no Koinonia or Walkabout on Sunday May 18. Instead all students are encouraged to attend the 10:30am service at the Briargate Campus for our Confirmation celebration.
There will be a celebration of Marcus’ ministry after the Saturday night service on Saturday May 17. Cake and drinks provided, all are welcome to attend.
Due to the events cancelled on March 2 we are adding a mission team meeting on June 1 from 2-4pm.
Don’t miss the end of the year BBQ as a part of our last Wednesday night program for the summer on May 14 at 6:30pm at the Woodmen Campus!
